Common Sense Judge vs. extreme politician

As a prosecutor, private-practice attorney, and now as a Judge, Susan Crawford has always believed in doing the right thing. That’s why she has held criminals accountable has fought to protect the rights and freedoms of all Wisconsinites. On the Wisconsin Supreme Court, she will be fair, impartial, and independent.

Brad Schimel is a far-right politician who will use the Wisconsin Supreme Court to push his own agenda onto our state. He would uphold Wisconsin’s 1849 criminal abortion ban, threaten access to healthcare, and be a rubber stamp for right-wing politicians. Brad Schimel has already failed Wisconsinites – as attorney general he jeopardized public safety by ignoring a backlog of untested sexual assault kits, and as a district attorney he repeatedly cut deals with sexual predators and blamed victims instead of holding criminals accountable.

Judge Susan Crawford

  • Grew up in Chippewa Falls, raised with Wisconsin values of common sense, integrity, and hard work.

  • Took on tough criminal cases to improve community safety and protect victims as a prosecutor.

  • Fought for access to reproductive care, defended workers’ rights, and strengthened our democracy as a private practice attorney.

  • Upholds our laws and Constitution as a fair and impartial Circuit Court Judge since 2018.

  • Believes the Wisconsin Supreme Court should follow the law and protect fundamental rights, not rubber stamp any political agenda.

BRAD SCHIMEL

  • Will use the Wisconsin Supreme Court to push a far-right agenda on Wisconsin.

  • Believes Wisconsin’s 1849 criminal abortion ban, which bans all abortion even in cases of rape, incest, or to protect the health of the mother, should be enforced and continues to call the law “valid”.

  • Brad Schimel has failed to keep communities safe:

    - As attorney general, he     ignored a backlog of thousands of untested sexual assault kits, delaying justice for victims and keeping dangerous criminals on the streets.

    - As a district attorney, he     repeatedly cut deals with sexual predators and even blamed underage victims instead of holding criminals accountable.

  • Fought to restrict access to healthcare for Wisconsinites, even suing to allow insurance companies once again deny coverage to those living with pre-existing conditions.
